契約業者への年次クレーン（ユニック車輌を含む）取り扱い作業および玉掛け作業に
対する安全講習会のご案内について

日時： １２月１９日（木〕　１０：００−１２：００
場所： 佐世保米海軍基地内　コミニュテイーセンター(BLDG.155)　２階:
Community/ Education Center　2F

趣旨：
業者の皆様へ、海軍におけるクレーン取り扱い作業に関する要求事項の確認、指導
を実施し皆様のより良き理解を深め、クレーンによる違反および事故災害を減らすこ
とを目的として実施します。お忙しいと思いますが、多数の参加者を希望します。

佐世保基地内で作業されるクレーンの有資格者の方、米軍契約プロゼクトマネー
ジャー、QCマネジャー、SSHO （安全作業主任者）、現場工事責任者の方は是非参加願
います。

つきましては、参加者の人員を把握したいので会社名と参加人員を下記のほうへ１２月
６日（金）までにご報告お願いします。現在、基地への入門のパスをお持ちでない方
は、臨時パス（DBIDS passパス）を発行いたしますので添付のリクエスト用紙に必要事
項を記入され、１２月１０日（火）までに澤本または、西牟田へ電子メールにて提出
してください。

この件に関する問い合わせはConstruction Sec. 澤本（５０−３６４４）又は、FSC
Sec. 西牟田（５０−３７８４）まで

トレーニング会場（BLDG 155）は１００名以上の収容できる広さです。多数の参加を
希望します。

To: PWD FEAD Contractors (PME and FSC contract);

PWD Sasebo PRD Transportation Branch is planning to have a “FY20 Annual
crane Contractor safety training for Weight Handling Equipment (WHE)” to
educate. The contractors on the Navy's crane requirements．

The schedule and location for the briefing is as below and Crane
instructors will present a Japanese slide presentation for the contractors.

This information will be given the contractors a better understanding of the
Navy's WHE requirements and help us comply with the NAVFAC P-307.

We will expect many contractors to attend the meeting, especially crane
qualified person, project manager, QC manager, SSHO, superintendent etc.

- Time/date: 10:00-12:00 / Thursday, December 19, 2019;

- Location: Bldg.155 (Community/ Education Center), 2nd floor, “auditorium”;

“Location map” and “pass request form” is attached.

We would like to know how many people from your company will attend the
training in advance.  Could you to provide us your attendant list by Friday,
December 6, 2019?

If you do not have a temporary base access pass currently, please fill out
necessary information to the attached “(DBIDS pass)” and e-mail me or Minoru
Nishimuta by Tuesday, December 10, 2019.
