24時間 EM-385-1-1 トレーニング　（安全衛生啓発講習会）

日頃より安全にご協力ありがとうございます。

添付ＰＤＦ書類は、現在の建設・サービス契約書の一部です。現場における安全衛生
責任者（ＳＳＯＨ）は、軍が主催する２４時間ＥＭ３８５−１−１（24-hr EM
385-1-1 Awareness Course for Contractors）の講習会を受講しなければなりませ
ん。　
この度、参加者数を確認し、佐世保基地での開催を計画しようと思います。現在のと
ころ開催日時については未定ですが、参加者を募りたいと思いますのでご協力お願い
します。もし人員が集まなければ、来年の春頃でと考えています。
参加希望の方は、会社名と参加者人員を11月7日（木曜日）、澤本までにお知らせ願
い
ます。

参加希望者数２０名以上の場合、横須賀基地の安全部と開催を調整していきたいと思
います。

現在PWD FEAD Construction / FSC契約業者の方はもちろんの事、これから契約をと
られようとされる方も含めて、多数の参加者(元請、協力業者）を希望します。

EM385-1-1 was updated on 30 November 2014.
EM385-1-1の改定版は２０１４です。
通常５年、改定版が発行された場合は,２年以内に再講習が必要です。

HEAD-COUNT SURVEY!

We will set up the 24-hr EM 385-1-1 Awareness Course for Contractors
(Japanese course)  at CFA Sasebo if contractor's applicant is over 20.
Could you respond back  to me by 7 Nov'19 (Thu) if you want to take the
subject training.    If the applicant is less than 15, the class will be
sometime in this FY, expected in spring.

The enclosure are a part of requirement from Contract specification for MAC/
FSC contract.   According to this requirement, the Safety and Health Officer
(SSHO) is required to complete the 24-hr EM 385-1-1 Awareness Course for
Contractors.

This time, we are looking for applicants how many people will attend the
Class in Sasebo.  Please let us know your company name and attendant.
We will let you know the actual training schedule if the class is available
in Sasebo.
All contractor and subcontractor personnel working and /or will be working
under the U.S. Navy (PWD SASEBO FEAD Construction/FSC)contract shall attend
the subject meeting.
