CQＭトレーニング（品質管理講習会）開催について

業者の皆様へ

FY19 KTR（契約業者の品質管理講習会）CQMトレーニングを下記の予定で実施いた
します。受講者は24名に制限させていただきます。皆様のご協力をお願いします。

日時：　4月2日−4月4日（3日間：08:00−16:30）
場所：　BLDG 155,　2階、”クラスルーム＃F ＆ ＃G" 佐世保基地内

参加希望の方は、2月28日（木）までに、添付の書式に記入され澤本へE-メールにて
返送願います<mitsuru.sawam.ja@fe.navy.mil>。

受講者の選抜基準：

１．品質管理者・工事管理者・工事技術者等で5年以上の経験があること
２．再教育（前回の講習を受講されてから、5年以上になる方）の必要な方

尚、会場の規制により定員を約24名(Max) にさせていただきます。希望者多数の場合
は、こちらのほうにて、調整を行ない、ご連絡いたしますのでご了承願います。
参加者人員が多数の場合、優先順序として、契約後QC マネージャー・QC マネー
ジャー代理になられる方を優先して選考いたします。

基地への入門のパスの手続き（P-4） は、後日、参加者選別後、2月28日以降ご連絡
します。

For Contractors,

Construction Quality Management (CQM) Training for Contractors will be held
during 2 thru 4 Feb 2019 (3 days).

Location: Bldg. 155_ 2F (Communication center, Class room #F & #G), Main
Base, Command Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS).

Please use attached EXCEL and fill out  your applicant's information to me
by 28 Feb '19 (Thu).

Class size is Max 24 students.　(Priority should be given to those that will
be CQC Mgr. or Alternate CQC. Mgr.)

Qualification of attending a class:
The individual shall have at least 5 years' experience following position;
project Superintendent, QC manager, Project  manager, Project engineer or
Construction Manager.

Pass access information:
Student list will be distributed to your office with P-4 pass application
form after due date, 28 Feb '19.
If proposed student does not have an access pass to Main base, request to fill out
necessary information into the P-4 pass request format and send to me.
