米海軍佐世保基地において開催予定の「24時間 EM-385-1-1トレーニング」
の参加者を募っています。参加を希望される方は、下記連絡先まで直接お知らせください。

日頃より安全にご協力ありがとうございます。
趣旨の件、業者さんより、軍のほうに問い合わせがあっています。
添付ＰＤＦ書類は、現在の建設・サービス契約書の一部です。現場における
安全衛生責任者（ＳＳＯＨ）は、軍が主催する２４時間ＥＭ３８５−１−１
（24-hr EM385-1-1 Awareness Course for Contractors）の講習会を受講し
なければなりません。
この度、参加者数を確認し、佐世保基地での開催を計画しようと思います。
現在のところ、開催日時については未定ですが、参加者を募りたいと思い
ますのでご協力お願いします。参加希望の方は、会社名と参加者人員を
お知らせ願います。

参加希望者数２０名以上の場合、横須賀基地の安全部と開催を調整
していきたいと思います。現在PWD FEAD Construction / FSC契約
業者の方はもちろんの事、これから契約をとられようとされる方も
含めて、多数の参加者(元請、協力業者）を希望します。
EM385-1-1の改定版は２０１４です。通常５年、改定版が発行され
た場合は、２年以内に再講習が必要です。

The enclosure are a part of requirement from Contract specification for MAC/FSC contract.
According to this requirement, the Safety and Health Officer(SSHO) is required to complete
the 24-hr EM 385-1-1 Awareness Course for Contractors.
We are planning 24-hr EM 385-1-1 Awareness Course for Contractors at CFAS if applicant
is over 20 people. This time, we are looking for applicants how many people will attend the
class in Sasebo.
Please let us know your company name and attendant. We will let you know the actual training
schedule if the class is available in Sasebo. All contractor and subcontractor personnel working
and/or will be working under the U.S. Navy (ROICC/FSC) contract shall attend the subject meeting.
